2026 Rental & Event Policies
Booking & Payment Policy

• A **non-refundable retainer** of $50-$100 is required to secure your event date. Deposit amount is is determined by BBGAL
• Remaining balance is due **7 days prior** to event date.
• Bookings made within 7 days of event require full payment at time of booking. NO REFUNDS!
• Dates are not secured until retainer is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of retainer.
Cancellation Policy

• Retainers are non-refundable.
• If cancellation occurs 14+ days prior to event, payments (including retainer) may be transferred to a new date within 12 months (based on availability).
• Cancellations within 7 days of event are non-refundable ESPECIALLY if custom items have been purchased for your booking. Wooden signs, cut out graphics, speciality balloons, etc.
• No refunds for weather-related issues. Date can be rescheduled 1 time for weather issues.
Weather Policy

Safety is our priority.
We do not install balloons or bounce houses outdoors in:
• Heavy rain
• Winds exceeding 15 mph
• Lightning
• Severe weather advisories
If weather conditions are unsafe:
• We may delay setup
• Move installation indoors (if space allows)
• Offer event credit if necessary
Final weather decisions are made by Balloon & Bounce GAL LLC.
Balloon Installations

• Balloons are temporary décor and affected by heat, humidity, and wind.
• Outdoor balloon life expectancy varies (especially in Mississippi heat).
• Once installed, BBGAL is not responsible for popped or damaged balloons due to weather, children pulling, pets, or venue interference.
• Once balloons, backdrops, or rental items have been installed and approved by the client, Balloon & Bounce GAL LLC is no longer responsible for any damage, alterations, or changes that occur after departure.
Client approval is obtained prior to our team leaving the event site. Once approval is given, no refunds will be issued.
If client chooses to keep balloons after event, removal becomes client responsibility-IF Balloon & Bounce GAL didn't provide a backdrop. If BBGAL provided a backdrop, we will install the balloons for you. We DO NOT pop balloons on site UNLESS ABSOLUTELY necessary.
Bounce House Safety

• Adult supervision is required at ALL times.
• No shoes, food, drinks, gum, slime, face paint, glitter, confetti, or sharp objects inside units. No Adults on Bounce Houses.
• Maximum capacity must be followed.
• Ages must align with unit guidelines (Baby Bounce: ages 1–5 only).
• Units must remain on the surface placed by our team.
Client assumes responsibility for participants during rental period.
Damage & Cleaning Fees

Client agrees to:
• Return rentals in the condition received
• Pay for excessive cleaning, damage, or replacement if necessary
Damage fees may include:
• Food/drink stains
• Face paint staining
• Rips, tears, punctures
• Missing balls from ball pits
• Electrical damage
Minimum cleaning/damage fee: $100+
Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery window provided 24–48 hours prior to event
• Pickup may occur same evening or following day
• Client must ensure rentals remain secured and protected until pickup
Selfie Booth Rentals

• Client is responsible for protection of equipment during rental period
• Equipment must remain indoors unless otherwise approved. If rain or bad weather occurs during rental, selfie booth MUST be moved inside. NO REFUNDS will be given for weather changes.
• Damaged equipment will result in replacement charges
Photo & Marketing Release

Balloon & Bounce GAL LLC reserves the right to photograph setups for marketing, social media, and promotional use unless client requests otherwise in writing prior to event.
Charity & Donation Policy

Balloon donations are subject to availability.
BBGAL proudly supports local causes and reserves the right to approve donation requests at our discretion.
Force Majeure

BBGAL is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including acts of God, government mandates, emergencies, or natural disasters.
Liability Waiver

By booking, client agrees:
• Balloon & Bounce GAL LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during rental period.
• Client assumes full responsibility for all guests and participants.
A signed rental agreement is required for all bounce houses.
